Employee Assistance Program
Ask your employer if they offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). These programs provide access to a certain number of counseling sessions with a licensed provider for free.
School Counseling
Youth and young adults enrolled in K-12 or college may be able to access mental health services through their school. Reach out to the school’s counseling program to learn more.
